1. Acceptance of Terms
By using solusiona.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Services
Solusiona provides digital products and services including:
- Web development (landing pages, company profiles, web applications)
- Chatbot development (WhatsApp Business, web)
- Project management platforms
- Custom digital solutions
3. Project Engagement Process
Our standard engagement process:
- Free 30-minute consultation
- Detailed proposal delivered within 24 hours
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Remaining balance due upon delivery
- 2 revision rounds included per project
- 30 days of post-launch support
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, all custom deliverables (code, designs, content created specifically for you) are transferred to you. Solusiona retains the right to display the project in our portfolio for promotional purposes (with client permission for sensitive or confidential work). Third-party assets (fonts, stock photos, open-source libraries) remain subject to their original licenses.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, the client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project requirements and information
- Respond to revision requests and feedback within reasonable timeframes (typically 5 business days)
- Provide necessary access to domains, hosting, third-party APIs, and accounts as needed
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
6. Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified. We accept bank transfer and major e-wallet payments. Late payments (more than 14 days overdue) may incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Projects may be placed on hold after 30 days of non-payment.
7. Refund Policy
- Before deposit: Full refund of any amount paid
- After deposit, before development starts: 50% refund
- During development: No refund — work in progress will be delivered as-is
- After delivery: No refund
8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We provide a 30-day warranty for bug fixes on code defects discovered after launch. Solusiona is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss). Our maximum total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, business strategies, and trade secrets shared during the project. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for work completed up to the termination date. Materials and access provided during the engagement must be returned or destroyed within 14 days.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
